Cyberbullying

Introduction

This has been an issue for a long time. Have your heard about it before? What are your thoughts about this? Cyberbullying is the use of technology to harass, threaten, embarrass, or target another person. Online threats and mean, aggressive, or rude texts, tweets, posts, or messages all count. So does posting personal information, pictures, or videos designed to hurt or embarrass someone else.

Task

Individual task: Interview.

Process

Each student will need to interview a person who experienced cyberbullying.

First question: When did it happen and why did it happen?

Second question: How many times did they experience it?

Third question: How they overcome cyberbullying?

Fourth question: What are their message to the bullies and to all the people who might experience it in the latter time?

Evaluation

To assess the student, aside from the interview, try to ask something related to the topic and see if they have studied the topic thoroughly. And let them share what they have learned from the person they interviewed.

Conclusion

As reflection, ask the student to write an essay about their thoughts on cyberbullying.
