Introduction
On this webquest, you will take a journey through microsoft word to create a flyer for new Club that you will be creating. You will create a club based on your interest, and following the steps you will create a flyer that you will be able to pass around to the students in your school.
Task
STUDENTS WILL BE PAIRED UP WITH A PARTNER
- Once partnered up, students will brainstorm ideas for a new Club for the upcoming school year
- They will need to have a teacher sponsor, a location where the meetings will be held, and a lot of ideas that will allow the club to be great and attract Students to join their club
- Come up with a slogan or a Mission statement to let the students know what the club is about and what the intentions are of the club
Using the Microsoft Work Book students will follow the steps to create a flyer for their newly created Club. This flyer will be creative and colorful which will attract other students to want to join based on what the club does on a daily basis. Presentation is the most important thing when attracting people to join, creative flyer means that more students will be interested.
Process
Once Partnered up, and the Club is created and finalized the students will:
1. Create a Title at the top of the sheet
2. Add a Picture that you will use that corresponds with your Club that you have created
3. Add a Bulletted List of things your Club will do on a monthly basis
4. Format and Add picture and text effects to the document
5. Add Page Borders and Page Color to make the flyer stand out

You have learned how to develop and create a flyer. Through group discussion you all were able to come together to create something that both of you were interested in. Throughout this process you were able to use team work skills, thinking skills, and you were able to apply what you learned through the video. These skills can now be used in multiple different ways in our class and for you to use for your other classes. As we move on to the next chapter these same skills that were used for the rest of Microsoft Word.
