Introduction

9th Grade Coordinate Algebra

Unit 5 Standards:

Transformations in the Coordinate Plane  Experiment with transformations in the plane.                                                                                  

MGSE9-12. G.CO.2 -

REPRESENT transformations in the plane using, e.g., transparencies and geometry software; DESCRIBE transformations as functions that take points in the plane as inputs and give other points as outputs. COMPARE transformations that preserve distance and angle to those that do not (e.g., translation versus horizontal stretch).

 

Task

In this WebQuest assignment students will collaborate with peers to complete this assignment.

Your grade will be determined by completed group assigned. You also will be graded on the upload answers and participation of assignment. I will monitor the log-in activity of each student to gage a percentage of participants for this assignment. 

Conclusion

Recap- this assignments time length is 1 to 2 hrs. 

In addition, complete all missing assignments by Friday 6/5/2020.

These assignments are very important. I will use them for extra credit or a make-up test grade at the end of semester.
