Introduction
You are a histrorian trying to identify the greatest impact produced by the Columbian Exchange. You are to pick a couple of different items from the exhange and showcase their importants.
The Columbian exchange is a term used to describe the widespread transfer of ideas, food, people, and diseases between the recently discoverd Americas and the western world (Europe).
Key objectives:
Identify items that became important to the either the americans or Europeans thanks to the exchange. ex: potatoes becoming a staple crop for Ireland
Analyze any climate or social changes impacted by the Columbian exchange. ex: Irish potatoe famine

Create a powerpoint, poster board, or anything to display what items you decided to talk about. Your presenstation should include:
- A timeline of when it first crossed the atlantic
- a brief sentence or two talking about its impact on society
- Images
