Introduction

Complete this WebQuest to begin preparing for your future career and college. Answer the given questions honestly to help guide you into making decisions about your future. Remember, though, none of these answers are set in stone! This is your chance to do research on colleges, degrees, and careers, but you do not need to feel committed yet to any decisions you make today. 

Task

By the end of this WebQuest, you will have a better idea of which college you'd like to attend, which degree you'd like to pursue, and the career you'd enjoy having. You will also be given resources that will allow you to do more of your own research on these topics. 

Process

Let's begin! Make a copy of WebQuest Doc Template and answer the questions as you go through the WebQuest. 

Open this link: Home – BigFuture | College Board. Click "Explore Careers" then "Your Guide to Career Exploration." Next, scroll down and select "College Majors." Answer the related questions under Step 1 on your document.

Next, go back to "Your Guide to Career Exploration" and scroll down to "Five Ways to Find Career Ideas." Answer the related questions under Step 2 on your document. 

Next, go to this website: Careers and Career Information. In the search box, type in one of the careers you wrote about on your document. Answer the related questions under Step 3 on your document.
