Helping Bob be Healthy

Introduction

Nutrition and exercise are very important to an individual’s health. Bob is unsure what foods are best for him and he does not like to exercise. Bob often eats fast food and rarely works out. As a result, he is very overweight. Your group will educate and help Bob. Your group consist of a nutritionist, a personal trainer, and a doctor that will work to get Bob healthy.

                                                   

Task

The nutritionist will be in charge of telling Bob about the food pyramid and planning three days of healthy meals of him.

The personal trainer will explain the importance of exercise and share some exercises for weight loss. The personal trainer will also set up an exercise program for Bob for one week. 

The doctor will inform Bob of the health problems and risks associated with poor fitness. This information will be shared with either a paper or a PowerPoint.
