Introduction
Cinderella, a very famous story character, lived with her step mother and two mean step-sisters. They all mistreated Cinderella because she was beautiful, smart and hard-working. Despite of being kept as a prisoner, Cinderella lived happily with these women.
One night, Cinderella had the chance to attend a very important dance where a prince was looking for a wife. She, with the help of her godmother, went to the dance without knowing an unfortunate situation was going to change her life… She lost her “glass slipper” as she was coming down the stairs… The rest is history.
Though Cinderella’s life was nice sometimes, she lived a miserable life because those three “witches” were not good role models for her.
Task

- Your job, as one of Cinderella’s best friend, is to introduce her to Argentinian women who have lived hard lives and who have marked our history and country in different ways.
- Your goals are to convince Cinderella
1- to read about these Argentinian women,
2- to tell her that she has the power to make positive changes in her life and in the life of others.
- Review Cinderella’s story by watching the following video.
- Name at least 3 famous Argentinian women.
- Reply the following questions: “Do you believe women are as smart as men?” – “Do women have the same opportunities as men have for becoming famous?”

Your activities:
- Read a minimum of 3 (three) biographies of Argentinian women. They can be actresses, artists, top models, scientists, literary figures, musicians, or any other you like or want to.
- Once you have read three biographies, choose one (1).
- Create a "Voki" character where you tell about your famous Argentinian woman. Go to http://www.voki.com/ to create it.
- Answer each of the following questions taking into account the “paragraph layout” we saw in class. Each question requires one answer.
- How would Cinderella have benefited from knowing this woman?
- What piece of advice would she have given to Cinderella?
- What careers would you consider to be typical of women today?
- What career do you think Cinderella would study if she lived in 2017? Why?
- Do you think Cinderella would marry or would be single? Why?
- Create a "comic strip" where Cinderella tells her routine. Go to http://www.makebeliefscomix.com/ and choose a character that resembles Cinderella. The comic strip has to have a minimum of 3 panels and a maximum of 10. (Remember that we did something similar in class).
Evaluation
You will be evaluated according to the following criteria:
- Participation in class by answering the questions given in "Task" and “Process”.
- Presentation and description of your selected famous Argentinian woman in Voki..
- Replies to the questions given in “Process”, including the Voki presentation and the Comic Strip.

Conclusion
As you might have learnt, not always all women have a huge role in history, in life. Some have become famous and others have lived in anonymity.
It is in you to make the change and generate a place for all those anonymous women in our country who constantly work to create a better world to live in.
