Introduction

In today's lesson we will be discussing about the structure of an essay.In order to do this  you need to be clear about what elements you should include within these three sections of an essay.

Task

Today's task will include writing an essay based on why students should where non-uniform to school.

 

   

Process

Thinking Guide:How do I write an essay,what are the elements for me to do this?

 

Ok,So the elements of an essay include:

  • Introduction:General statement or orientation to topic
  • Body Paragraphs:  Topic sentences (these sentences support the main idea,claim,and thesis
  • statement

   .Conclusion:Basically restating the main idea in a way you want your reder to remmember.This is something the reader walks away with.

Evaluation

This is an example of an evalution for our essay.Basically,it's giving us pro's and cons.

Conclusion

To sum it all up, structuring an essay may seem a bit hard but in reality it is really easy...just remmember they include an introduction,body paragraphs,and a conclusion that the reader walks away with.Also if you find it a bit hard EVALUATE! they help you to opiniate your ideas and help you to organzie tour thoughts...have FUN WRITING!
