Cells are an amazing thing that carry out a lot of functions for the human body. But stuff can happen to those cells and they can die or stop working. Here is a summary about it.
Task
It's extremely hard to treat diseases that don't have a cure. But some scientists have made a shocking discovery that may change the course of medical work. Scientists have found that they have succesfully turned fat cells into nerve cells. They also found that the fat cells can help spinal cord injuries because they can regrow.
Process
It would take a long and hard time to make this thing avalaible and usable to the public.
But if we give it a few more years and more resources, we could make this happen.
Evaluation
Another question that needs answering is "How does your stomach keep from digesting itself?" Well your stomach contains a cell called the epithelial cell. The cell creates a Bicarbonate-rich solution and the constant production of it helps the stomach from autodigestion,(the stomach digesting itself).
