Cell research

Introduction

There are many different cells not just one but many today we are talking about how different types of cells and their function.

Task

In this web quest I’m going to be talking about how each cell is used in many ways. You may ask questions at the end of the presentation.

Process

1. What do researchers think is one cause of memory impairment related to growing older? What does new research show that may be able to help reverse this process?

(1).Decreased blood flow to the brain.

2. How might fat cells be able to help people with spinal cord injuries?

(2). The fat tissues are proven to be nerve cells, which

3. How are frog eggs being used in research involving human cells?

(3). recapitulates the repair of the lesion in a test tube

4. What are Schwann cells? How are they affected in multiple sclerosis

patients?

(4). Protect degeneration of nerves by blocking thrombin, a blood clotting protein that can also damage nerves

5. What role do cells play in preventing the stomach from digesting itself?

(5) it doesnt digest itself because its produces mucosa, The cells that are involved in the mucosa are parietal cells, g-cells, the epithelial cells. The cells are the inner layer of the stomach. The epithelial cells are the main reason for the stomach to stay safe and for it not to digest itself.

Evaluation

Frog eggs that are not yet developed can renew human cells. Molecules in the amphibian nucleus coax develop human DNA back to an adjustable, stem-like cell.

Conclusion

different cells play important roles in our bodies by providing structure for our bodies.
