Childhood obesity is at an all time high! Schools are cutting sports programs and physical education programs, what will we do!

Task

Your job is help our kids get moving! You and a fellow student will create a weekly activity plan for other students in your class. Together we can fight childhood obesity!

Process

On the left side of the webpage, there are buttons.
Click on two of the buttons and list 5 new things you have learned.

After reading through the different buttons, you will put together a 5 day actitivity plan for youself of ways you can be healthy.

Each day must incorporate a full 3 meal plan AND an exercise to do that day.
