Introduction
Have you ever asked yourself.... I know my mom says to choose the apple over the chips but why? Nutrition is a tricky thing because most of the time we like the food we should not eat more than the foods that we should be eating. This webquest will teach you what you should be eating and delicious ways to eat those foods! You will be craving fruits and veggies by the time you are done with this!

Task
For the next 3 days, record everything you have ate and drank during the day and night. Be specific as possible. For example if a serving size of cheez itz is 30 crackers and you had 45 then write 1.5 servings of cheese itz. Follow this link and print out the log sheet.
When we gather the evidence we will look at what we are missing in our diets and explore ways we can add them into our daily lives in a way that is tastey!

Process
To accomplish this task you must bring your log sheet to class everyday so you can write in your snacks and what you ate for lunch. Also make sure you let your parents know about this assignment so they can remind you when you are eating at home. Once the three days are up, bring the paper to school so we can compile your findings and see what you are missing from your diet. Good luck! And remember, do not leave anything out!
