Introduction
Too many teens today are inactive and/or overweight. According to the Alliance for a Healthier Generation, about 1 in 3 children in the U.S. are overweight. The National Center for Health Statistics (part of the Centers for Disease Control), states that only 25% of children ages 12-15 get 60 min. of daily physical activity.
