Task

Essay Task:

You are required to write a essay based on Quality Control. 

You must create a Cover page with the following information : Name, Surname and Grade.(Make your cover page attractive)

Total marks : 40

Due date: 25 September 2022

You are required to follow an essay writting format: Introduction, body and conclusion. Underline all headings or subheadings in your essay. 

NB: your body can be in bullet form

Format: 

Introduction: include at least 2 facts

Body: Will follow after the introduction. List atleast all the facts based on the essay question. 

Conclusion: Round off your essay with 1 fact.

Question 8 [Business Operations]

Vivo Supermarket has certain business and Management functions performed by the managers of the various departments in the organization. Mr. Zizi, the general manager, made the following statement: ‘The quality of performance with these business functions can contribute to the success of the organization.’

Give Vivo Supermarket advice on the following aspects:

  • Distinguish between quality control and Quality Assurance
  • Discuss quality in relation to the following business.

           Finance , Administration , General Management , Human Resources.

  •     Elaborate on the relationship between management and the success of the business.
Evaluation

FACTS

32 (MAX).
  • Maximum amount of marks rewarded for facts is 32 marks.
  • Facts should be written in full sentences and should include supporting sentences to pertain a full mark for the fact given.

LAYOUT

  • 2 marks is rewarded if the essay has subheadings. E.g: Introduction and conclusion etc.

ANALYSIS

  • 2 marks will be rewarded if all facts are in correlation to the correct headings.

SYNTHESIS

  • 2 marks will be awarded for relevant facts.
  • If the learners has no synthesis (-s) will be written on the essay.

  • 2 marks are rewarded for relevant facts given in the essay.
  • The example should be elaborated within in the essay.
