Introduction

The goal of this WebQuest is to guide students to make their own creative Roblox Hero.

INTRODUCTION

In this modern world, technologies are highly developing which actually rule all mankind. For this reason, a lot of entertainments can be easily seen and experienced like watching interesting videos, pictures, and playing online games.

One Mathematics Teacher, as part of the modern world's mankind, thinks something creative out from his determination in integrating technology to his class. He believes that an activity aligned with the trends can arouse students' interest and broaden learners' knowledge. To give extensive opportunities for the learners, applying one of the famous online games today called Roblox is possible. This is a massively multiplayer online game creation platform that allows users to design their own games and play a wide variety of different types of games created by the developer or other users.

Task

To interestingly collaborate the topic "Shapes", students are going to make their personalized robots inspired from Roblox characters through different and creative ways like using raw blocks or cartons. The class will be divided into groups with four (4) members that are responsible for planing a model and preparing for the materials needed.

Conclusion

Mathematics class can not only be in a classroom and purely lecture-discussion, but it can also be outside of the box and make it interactive. It is very nice to integrate with other challenging tasks and make it beautiful and fun.
