Biology Duo Presentation

Introduction

Group presentation for cellular Representation and Photosynthesis

Objectives:

Students will describe the steps of cellular respiration and photosynthesis and explain how each process contributes to the flow of energy in living organisms. (Knowledge, Comprehension - Bloom’s Taxonomy)

Students will analyze how cellular respiration and photosynthesis work together and discuss the importance of these processes in ecosystems

This assignment aligns with Florida's State Standards for Science

Questions:

What is cellular respirations And the importance?

What are the stages of cellular respiration?

What is fermentation?

What is photosynthesis And the importance?

What is light dependent reaction in Photosynthesis?

What is the Calvin cycle?

Compare and contrast cellular respiration and photosynthesis?

Task

In this assignment, students will work in groups of 2 to create a narrated PowerPoint presentation that demonstrates their understanding of cellular respiration and photosynthesis. Explaining both processes in detail, highlighting the inputs and outputs. The presentation should:

  • Use accessible language to ensure understanding by a general audience.
  • Include understandable visuals
  • Be narrated, with each group member contributing to different parts.
Process

Forming Groups and Assigning Roles:
