Fractions Webquest - How are fractions used in everyday life?
Introduction
- In maths over the next few weeks we will be learning about the mathematical concept of fractions. Throughout this unit the information and activities will be completed online through the use of this webquest.
- The webquest will direct your learning by asking you to navigate to different sites to complete the assigned activites.
- Once you have completed an activity you will also be required to explain and share your workings. To do this you will use a class wiki. You will be randomly paired with other students in an online group. At the end of each lesson you will be required to respond to a question posed by the teacher. The question will be based on work completed in that lesson.
