Healthy Living and Wellness

Introduction

This my WebQuest is for the awareness of one individual to practice living a healthy life and be conscious of his/her wellness. 

Task
  1. Sleep at least 8 hours a day
  2. Follow the food pyramid
  3. Drink 8 glasses of water a day
  4. Exercise i.e. Jogging, Walking, etc.
  5. know the Do's and DON'Ts

Process

You will need to have a TO-DO-LIST that will serve as your daily reminder.

Evaluation
  • Have your B/P and your sugar count checked regularly 
  • Weigh yourself after a week

* You have got to feel good of yourself. Remember that feeling good is living light and living healthy

Conclusion

To live a healthy life is easy. You just have to have a discipline and be strict on your diet. As what the adage says, YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT.
