Introduction
Pablo Picasso Who?.....What?....Why?..... and How?

Who is Pablo Picasso?
- Pablo Picasso was born in Spain. He was alive from 1881-1973. (What year were you born?)
- His father was an art teacher and Pablo Picassos first word was "lápiz", the Spanish word for pencil.(Do you know what the first word you said was?)
- He loved to create abstract art. In fact, he is most famous for helping to create Cubism. Cubism is a style of painting where things in the paintings appear to be broken up and abstract or not real looking. (Have you ever created some abstract art?)
- Picasso not only loved to paint, he created sculptures out of ceramics and metal, he loved to draw and write poetry.(¿Have you ever painted a picture or written a poem?)
