Introduction

What makes a healthy diet? It's more than just a way to lose weight, its all about promoting a healthy lifestyle through nutritional and balanced eating. There's no one perfect diet for all. Some diets must be specialized for medical conditions or allergies, as well as maintaing a healthy weight.  

Task

Create a menu with balanced nutrional value and the correct portion size. Use the Daily Needs Calculator provided in the link below to help tailor a menu to your own personal dietary needs. Then, create a week-long excercise plan to accompany your healthy eating. be sure to reference a food pyramid! You can use, but are not limited to, the following sources:
