This Webquest is designed to teach students about wild animals and their qualities. Students will research different animals and find one that they love the most; for example lion, elephant, giraffe, etc. In the end, students will make a presentation about the animal that they have chosen.
INTRODUCTION
You are a photographer for National Geographic. Your task is to research different wild animals and find one that you are most curious about and learn everything about them for your documentary. You should look for and find different as well as an interesting animal and learn their qualities and history. In order for your documentary to be aired on TV, you should make the presentation as interesting as you can!
Task
You will research different types of wild animals as a photographer for National Geographic. You will find an animal that intrigues you the most and you will learn everything there is to know about that animal and make a presentation about it. This presentation will decide if you can make your own documentary.

Process

1. Looking for Animals.
In this step, we will look for different wild animals. You will choose 5 animals that you like and find out one interesting fact about them.
You will use these links to research your animals:
2. Finding your Favorite Animal.
After finding 5 facts about 5 animals, you should choose one animal that you find the most interesting and find out everything about it.
3.Making your Presentation.
You will put all of your gathered information about your animal and make a presentation about it which will decide if you get to make a documentary about your favorite wild animal. Your presentation should be interesting and have a lot of pictures since you are a photographer.
4.Presentation Time.
You have to present your presentation to the whole class.
