Task
When you finish this WebQuest you will be more education on your favorite animals habitat. You will visit a couple different websites to gather information about your favorite animals climate, vegetation, and where they survive. After doing some research you will create a slide presentation on your favorite animal.
Process
First, you can use this website to pick an animal that is your favorite and start doing some research about them.

Second, you will use this website to read about where your animal you chose to research about lives and how it survives.

Next after gathering all of your information about your animal you will put it into a slide show to present to the class. Make sure to include pictures!
Lastly, you will present your presentations to the class.
Evaluation
The things that I will grade you on are completeness of your presentations, making sure you included accurate information about your animal, it's habitat, and where it lives and survives. Make sure to include creativity and using effective communication are essential components for this assignment.

This WebQuest is designed for a 5th - grade classroom. This WebQuest is a presentation based assignment where students will choose their favorite animal, do research about it's climate, vegetation, and where they survive and gather information into a slide show and give a presentation about the animal they chose. The classroom resources that should be available is a Chromebook or Ipad for students to do research about their animal on. The quest should take about 3-4 days for students to complete.
