Animal Factsheet

Introduction

Welcome! Today we're going to look at some animal facts, and then create a mini factsheet about your chosen animal.

Species and types of animals are vastly different and today you're going to choose one you find interesting and learn more! 

By finding an animal and recording some facts on them, you'll be able to use some writing skills and knowledge to organise these facts to share with your classmates. 

Task

Directions: Visit the following link https://www.nationalgeographic.com/animals/facts-pictures/ or https://www.ducksters.com/animals.php and find an animal you're interested in or want to learn more about. 

Once you've found an animal, use the worksheet below to create a factsheet to share with your classmates. Write your answers down on a piece of A4 paper your teacher will give you. 

Don't forget to write your name and fill out all the questions! 

Hint: Take note of the animals scientific names and see if you can find spelling links between them!
