Introduction
The Ancient Mesopotamians and Ancient Sumerians lived around the time 4000 B.C. They lived in Southern Mesopotamia and is said to be the first civilization. These people lived mostly off the Tigris and Euphrates river. A lot of language, inventions, and agriculture we still use today was originated from them.
Task
Now that you have some knowledge about these civilizations, you'll have a task to complete. Write 2 or 3 paragraphs about these questions:
What is now modern day sumer/ mesopotamia? (who lives there now)
What did they use the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers for?
What is Mesopotamia's nickname?

Read up about these civilizations and truly learn and understand how they lived, how the functioned, what amazing inventions they developed, how the had an impact on our world today, etc. Once you think you've learned enough you may begin this task.
