A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
In my own words:
The second amendment states that people have the rights to keep and bear arms. Well, to tell you more the word arm means all the weapons, but, the word arms mean actually guns. But, when it says bear arms it also means you physically carry a weapon.

Well, from this article i learned that courts haven’t totally ignored the impact of the Second Amendment in the Bill of Rights and our state has recognized that an individual right to keep and bear arms and a major of these have not only recognized how to use this law appropriately.Also, this creates an individual right, but the word “militia” is defined from the second Congress to include almost every free adult male in the United States but, this persons were obligated by laws to possess a firearm and a minimum supply of ammunition and a military equipment.

I really like this website because it has a book called “To keep and Bear Arms” this book actually has something interesting which is that people have to use wisely there weapons.

How does gun control relate to the 2ndAmendment and how does this affect to us?
Answer the second amendment was created for the soul reason of avoiding gun control and it affects us because we have to learn how to use gun, etc. in many right ways.

Why is the “Right to bear arms” so important?
Answer: well, back then men need to have the right to defend their property back then it was a uncivilized land there wasn’t a way to seek for justice or call for help all of them back then was their own help. Now for society people should have a weapon or a machine gun because actually they have the right to self-defense but at the same time they need to have greater restrictions on the type of number of guns that people are allowed to use.

Answer: well, they should and shouldn’t because first they have to check there mental issues and they should because that’s a way of protecting them.

jhonn answer:people should not the right to bear arms because some people have mental problems and can cause tragic incidents.
You have the same opinion like me because i think the police should check who they are allowing to posses a gun because we don’t know who we have next to us we don't know 1if that person suffers from mental problems or suffers medical conditions.
