Animal Types

Introduction

Most people either have a pet or know someone who has it. It may be a cat, dog, rabbit, bird, iquana , hamster, or in some cases, a snake. In any case, they all have their own characteristics that make them what they are. After you complete this assignment, you will be able to tell the difference between the different types of animals.

 

Task

In order to complete this task you need to go to the websites listed below and pick two different types of animals and list their characteristics. After this you should tell how they are alike and different. You will information on the answer sheet provided.

Process

First, visit the two websites and make your choice of which animals interest you the most.

Second, list out all the characteristics of each of your choices.

Third, tell how the two types you chose are alike and different.

Fourth, record your answers on the answer sheet provided.

Evaluation

A: 90-100

All parts of the assignment are completed, answered correctly and organized neatly.

B: 80-89

Most of the assignment is completed, answers are correct excluding one or two things, and it is organized.

C: 70-79

At least half the assignment is completed and has reasonably correct answered.

D: 60-69

Most of the assignment is incomplete and incorrect.

F: 59 and below

Failure to attempt the assignment or completely incorrect.

Conclusion

After you have completed this assignment you should be familiar with at least two types of animals and be able to compare and contrast them with each other.
