For lunch today our class is going to make alphabet soup. I will need your help to read the recipe and go grocery shopping for all 26 ingredients.

Task
You are going on an alphabet webquest!
Your job is to review all the letters so we can complete the recipe.
Have fun playing listening to the music, playing the game, and making soup.
Process
Step 1 you will need to review your alphabet, this song should help. Don't forget to sing along!

Step 2 click on the links above to play the games.
Step 3 once you have finished steps 1 and 2 raise your hand and I will assign you your ingredient letter.
Step 4 write down the letter you have in upper and lowercase form and 3 words that start with that letter. When you are finished bring me your paper ingredient so we can start cooking.
Step 5 you can end the webquest with this song.

Conclusion
Thank you for making alphabet soup with me! As you have learned there are 26 letters in the alphabet and they all make specific noises. This will come in handy to know as we start learning to spell and write new words later in the year.
