Amendment 4
The Fourth Amendment Amendment IV to the United States Constitution is the part of any warrant to be judicially sanctioned and supported by probable cause.

For example after the police convince a judge that a crime has been committed, a warrant is issued. The search warrant must say what is to be searched (house, car, person), when it is to be searched, what they expect to find, and the warrant must be signed by the judge. Many cases are dismissed in court because someone is arrested for having something that was not listed on a search warrant. This amendment is the reason for police always asking permission to come in your home or to search your car. |

Was bored and drifting as he sat in his English Literature class one gray winter day. Looking to amuse himself, he did what many teens do. He looked down at his cell phone to check for messages. Alex knew he was violating a school rule that prohibited cell phone use during class, but he figured he could get away with it. His teacher, however, noticed Alex’s downward glances and recognized the telltale sign of probable cell phone use. She promptly confronted him and confiscated the phone.
The teacher was enforcing what has become a common policy in many schools.2When class was over; she took the phone to the main office where it would be held until the end of the day. On this particular day, however, things progressed a little differently. The school principal took possession of the phone after it was brought into the office. Acting upon general rumors of drug dealing in the school, she opened Alex’s phone and started reading the stored text messages. She found a very recent text message from “Brian” that

I Learn that The New York City Police Department NYPD engages in a tactic known as Stop,
Question, and Frisk. The NYPD uses this tactic allowing a police officer to stop an individual
based on reasonable suspicion of criminal activity. The NYPD uses the tactic throughout the
city alleging that it helps prevent crimes, make arrests, and solve future crimes.

this shows that a search will turn up evidence that law or rules have been violated by someone.

Answer
1) The community may feel scare about it because they instead of feeling safe they will feel scare because they are stopping the people for no reason just because the person look suspect.
2) The NYPD stop the people to stop the risk in the high school.
3) The policy may see you guilty for something like that in order to stop you.
