Good morning students!

Today we will be learning about the 5 Health Related Components and the 6 Skill Related Components. We will dive into what they mean and how they are used in PE.

1. First, students need to read over each question. 

2. Students need to visit the links I have provided in order to answer questions. 

3. Read through each link 

4. Explore the website 

5. Students will answer each question in the graphic organizer I have provided
