5 Components of Fitness

Introduction

What does it mean to be physically fit? 
What are the five components that go into being fit? 
How can you be fit in everyday life?

Task

You will complete three tasks.
1. Research the five component of fitness
         -Cardiovascular Endurance
         - Muscular Strength
         - Muscular Endurance
         - Flexibility
         - Body Composition 
2. Make a 3 fold brochure for someone who doesn't know about being fit. (This will also be your unit project)
3. Present your brochure to the class

2. Make a 3 fold brochure for someone who doesn't know about being fit.
brochure must include:
   -Three pictures that relate with the components
   -The name and definition of each component
   -The importance of each component
   -How to improve your fitness within each component
  
   
3. Present your brochure to the class 
       -Presentation will include showing the brochure to the entire class and choosing one component to share about.
